Job Summary



As a Supervisor at Savers/Value Village, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Provide guidance and support to sales associates to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
