  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Five years or more experience in sales planning, preferably in the recreational vehicle or outdoor industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
