We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Iron Shoring Inc. as a Construction Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
- Plan and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors.
- Quality Control
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
- Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work.
- Communication and Reporting
- Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and status.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language
- Fluent in English.

- 40 hours per week.
