Your Responsibilities

Year One: Account Management Position

  • Client Relations: Oversee a designated portfolio, addressing client inquiries, managing quotes, endorsements, and processing online requests.
  • Main Liaison: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and insurance providers.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Engage with insurers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Policy Oversight: Manage renewals, process policy documents, binders, certificates, and billing.
  • Receivables Management: Ensure prompt collection of outstanding accounts.
  • Submissions and Proposals: Prepare and track insurance submissions, proposals, and summaries.
  • Claims Support: Advocate for clients throughout the claims process.
  • Business Development: Focus on expanding your client base and retaining existing clients.

Year Two: Transition to Commissioned Producer

  • Professional Growth: Concentrate on developing and enlarging your client portfolio.
  • Business Expansion: Leverage your knowledge to grow your book of business.

Qualifications for Success

  • Insurance License: Acquire your Registered Insurance Broker license.
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in sales, providing client-centric solutions, and fostering business growth.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
