Your Responsibilities
Year One: Account Management Position
- Client Relations: Oversee a designated portfolio, respond to client inquiries, manage quotes, endorsements, and facilitate online quotations.
- Primary Liaison: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and insurance providers.
- Sales Negotiation: Engage with insurers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
- Policy Oversight: Manage renewals, process policy documentation, binders, certificates, and billing procedures.
- Receivables Management: Ensure prompt collection of outstanding receivables.
