Your Responsibilities
Year One: Account Management Role
- Client Relations: Oversee a designated portfolio, addressing client needs, managing quotations, endorsements, and processing online quotes.
- Main Liaison: Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and insurers.
- Sales Negotiation: Engage with insurers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
- Policy Oversight: Manage renewals, process policy documents, binders, certificates, and billing.
- Receivables Management: Ensure prompt collection of account receivables.
- Submissions and Proposals: Prepare and track insurance submissions, proposals, and summaries.
- Claims Support: Advocate for clients throughout the claims process.
- Business Development: Concentrate on expanding your portfolio and retaining clients.
Year Two: Transition to Commissioned Producer
