Role Overview:

In the capacity of Lead Product Designer, you will spearhead a group of UX designers, significantly influencing the creative direction across various innovative initiatives. With your expertise in digital design and a solid foundation in traditional design principles, you will collaborate with a diverse group of specialists to develop cutting-edge products, services, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Formulate inventive solutions that meet design challenges across intricate and pioneering projects.

· Craft engaging experiences that users can navigate intuitively in their daily interactions.

· Partner with project teams and both internal and external stakeholders to establish brand concepts and design frameworks applicable across a wide array of platforms.

· Create and uphold style guides for prototypes, business guidelines, and visual representations that emphasize the desired user experience.

· Design a variety of visual assets, from interactive web and mobile interfaces to marketing collateral, including social media content, email campaigns, and more.

· For user interface projects, assist in organizing user testing sessions and deliver findings with actionable insights to stakeholders.

· Continuously update your knowledge of design methodologies, trends, and techniques to cultivate new best practices.

· Contribute to the evolution of the company’s vibrant design culture by mentoring junior designers and fostering positive working relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience within an agency environment
  • Proficiency in responsive web design
