Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, Extensis Connect, Filestage, and Slack tools
  • Actively participate in studio meetings, sharing updates on project developments
  • Collaborate on studio briefs with essential agency personnel
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines
  • Maintain organized project documentation and update regularly
  • Track project progress and communicate effectively with the Director of Creative Production Services
  • Follow studio protocols and provide support to colleagues as necessary
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in advertising or design environments
  • Strong skills in image editing, color correction, and typography with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven expertise in brand management, design methodologies, and production practices
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork, project oversight, and effective communication
  • Proactive in fostering workplace excellence, problem-solving, and meticulousness
  • Possesses a degree or diploma in advertising/design or a related field, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and After Effects
  • Knowledgeable in printing techniques, color management, and pre-flight procedures
  • Experienced in preparing files for various outputs while ensuring precision and quality
