Restaurant Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Premsagar Foods Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a safe working environment.
Training and DevelopmentTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Inventory ManagementEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
ReportingPrepare and submit regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Support for Diverse Groups- Accessibility and Inclusion
Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Newcomer and Refugee SupportRecruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disaster, fostering a culture of acceptance and understanding.
Youth DevelopmentOffer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Indigenous Community EngagementDevelop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, promoting cultural understanding and respect.
