Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Betco Corporation. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead a team of Facility Solution Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key distributors and end customers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the janitorial/sanitation industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, including salesforce.
