**Regional Sales Director**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Canada and US markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Manage sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
- Experience managing sales teams and developing sales strategies
- Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
