**Job Title: Housekeeping Manager**

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent
  • **Experience:** 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
**Key Responsibilities**
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
