About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Ash Grove Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
    • Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to our safety standards and departmental policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inventory and Scheduling
    • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
    • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained efficiently.
  • Guest Services
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Work with our front desk staff to ensure that guest requests are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role
