Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as required to ensure that our housekeeping staff have the resources they need to perform their duties.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
