Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling personnel-related administrative tasks, providing HR support to employees, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars
  • Review candidate profiles and provide feedback
  • Support multiple recruiters and hiring managers
  • Learn and utilize internal systems to streamline HR processes
  • Assist with last-minute interview scheduling and other administrative tasks

Human Resources (HR) Administration, Corporate Recruiting, Recruiting Processes, Administrative Office, Customer Service, Microsoft Teams

About the Role

This is a long-term contract/temporary to permanent position based in Oshawa, Ontario. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and excellent communication skills.
