Office Coordinator for Asset Management

We are currently looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our Asset Recovery division at LendCare. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and refining the process of liquidating our company's assets. Your ability to maintain and develop positive relationships with our vendors will be essential in protecting the company's interests. In a vibrant and fast-paced setting, you will work collaboratively with colleagues while exercising independent judgment to ensure the effective remarketing of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive daily evaluations of active accounts to track progress and pinpoint areas needing attention.
  • Consistently and professionally engage with vendors, ensuring transparent communication and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Strategically align vendor expectations with the company's financial and operational objectives.
  • Assess and make informed decisions regarding vendor requests, emphasizing effective cost management without sacrificing service quality or asset value.
  • Follow company protocols and procedures, adhering to the established workflow to maintain organization and efficiency in asset recovery operations.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage and prioritize competing demands to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Availability for full-time work.
