We are currently in search of a committed Remarketing Coordinator to join our Asset Recovery and Remarketing division at LendCare. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in nurturing and advancing relationships with our vendors, while consistently prioritizing the company's interests. Your prompt and decisive actions regarding inventory will significantly contribute to the effective and efficient management of company assets. You will excel in our dynamic, fast-paced setting, working collaboratively with team members while also being capable of making independent decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily assessments of active inventory to ensure optimal turnover and profitability.
- Review and authorize condition reports for vehicles to confirm readiness for liquidation.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is accurately maintained.
- Engage with vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Align vendor expectations with the company's objectives.
- Follow established procedures, contributing to the enhancement of our workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Take on additional administrative responsibilities to support the broader goals of the department.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the automotive sector is essential.
- Strong understanding of the remarketing process from inception to completion.
- Skilled in vendor negotiations, with excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficient in analyzing Condition Reports, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach.
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, for precise data management.
- Highly organized and attentive, with the capability to identify fine details and maintain order.
- Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet critical deadlines.
- Availability for full-time work.
