About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Recovery Coordinator to join our team at LendCare, a subsidiary of goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our Asset Recovery team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the liquidation process of our company's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Review and Optimization: Conduct thorough daily reviews of active accounts to monitor progress and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Vendor Management: Engage with vendors consistently and professionally, ensuring clear communication and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strategic Vendor Management: Strategically manage vendor expectations by aligning their objectives with the company's financial and operational goals.
  • Decision Making: Analyze and make informed decisions on vendor requests, focusing on effective cost control without compromising the quality of service or asset value.
  • Process Adherence: Adhere to company directives and procedures, following the provided workflow to maintain organization and efficiency in asset recovery processes.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Prioritization: Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting priorities to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Availability: Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office.
