Position Overview: Our client, HireBoss, is in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Client Success Specialist to enhance their operations.

Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work model, facilitating a blend of remote and in-office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with business executives and clients, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant on client success initiatives.
  • Provide both strategic and operational assistance in client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Actively solicit client feedback and proactively resolve issues to foster a supportive and responsive client experience that aligns with company policies.
  • Design and execute client success strategies to ensure clients meet their objectives and derive maximum value from their investments.
  • Encourage a positive client experience and an inclusive culture, enhancing client engagement throughout all service stages.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory developments, implementing necessary modifications to client success methodologies.
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective adoption of services.
  • Implement core client success processes, including account evaluations, performance monitoring, and renewal management.
  • Oversee client success reporting and leverage data to recommend ongoing enhancements.
  • Utilize client success methodologies and change management principles to effectively lead or support key client projects.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Support team for assistance and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Client Success, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a Client Success Specialist or similar role.
  • Client Success certification is preferred.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to translate business objectives into client success strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of client success practices and industry standards.
  • Self-motivated individual who is adaptable and takes initiative.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
