Client Success/Intake Specialist

About the Role:

Somewhere is seeking a Client Success/Intake Specialist to join their remote US team. This role is responsible for managing client intake processes and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with potential clients to gather necessary information
* Assist clients with completing required forms and documentation
* Coordinate initial consultations with attorneys
* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on case progress

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or legal setting, specifically in family law
* Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
* Preferred direct experience as a Lawyer or Paralegal
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management
* Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working Hours:

* M-F FT // 8AM-5AM Central time zone

Salary Range:

* $1,400-$1,800/monthly
