Bilingual Client Success Specialist

At Element Fleet Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing ongoing day-to-day account support, and recommending cost-saving solutions to optimize their fleet productivity.
Key Responsibilities
\t- Develop and implement account strategies that meet the customer's needs and goals.
\t - Execute day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client policies, procedures, and priorities.
\t - Use discretion and independent judgment to advise clients and work with them to recognize needs and recommend solutions.
\t - Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
\t - Customer data analysis and/or reporting.
\t - Leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries.
\
Requirements
\t- BS or BA in business or related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
\t - Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
\t - 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment.
\t - Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
