What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated Client Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional day-to-day account support, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and cost savings.
As a Client Success Associate, you'll work closely with our internal cross-functional teams to develop account strategies that meet our clients' unique needs and goals. You'll also be responsible for executing day-to-day requests and activities, analyzing customer data, and leveraging subject matter experts to resolve inquiries.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment.
Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
