About the Role
- As a Client Success Specialist, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and recommending cost-saving solutions to optimize their fleet productivity.
- You'll work closely with internal teams to develop account strategies that meet our customers' needs and goals.
- With your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you'll take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking to resolve them efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies that meet customer needs and goals.
- Provide day-to-day support to customers, including executing requests and activities in accordance with their policies and priorities.
- Use discretion and independent judgment to advise customers and recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking to resolve them efficiently.
- Conduct customer data analysis and reporting.
- Leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
- 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience (preferably in a B2B service environment).
- Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
