About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Canada Life. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Servicing: Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Client Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage client meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and communicated to the relevant parties.
  • Communication and Documentation: Review and follow up on client communication and documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to advisors, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and other duties as assigned.
  • Escalation and Resolution: Escalate client matters in a timely manner, as warranted by the situation, and work with the relevant teams to resolve any issues.
  • Client Retention and Growth: Contribute to the collective achievement of pre-defined retention, client happiness, and growth targets for Canada Life.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and provide feedback to improve business processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years in an advisor/client support role in a financial services/insurance firm.
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or other related discipline. Completion of or working towards completion of the IFIC, CSC, and/or CPH is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent client service skills, organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Office365, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint is required. Intermediate knowledge of Univeris, Plan Plus, iMost, Croesus, NetRep, and NBCN is a plus.
