About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team at CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing ongoing day-to-day account support, and recommending cost-saving solutions to optimize the productivity of their fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients and internal cross-functional teams to develop account strategies that meet their needs and goals.
  • Execute day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client policies, procedures, and priorities.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to advise clients and work with them to recognize needs and recommend solutions.
  • Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer data analysis and/or reporting.
  • Leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
  • 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment.
  • Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
