Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management & Development:

    • Empower and support the team to achieve their individual and store objectives.

    • Assume the role of Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.

    • Supervise store personnel and implement company policies and procedures.

    • Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with the store leadership.

    • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team by supporting them with customer journey, selling ceremony, client retention, and encouraging cross-selling.
  2. Client and Business Management:

    • Handle quality of customer service to meet customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction.

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve Mystery Shopper Results and drive business growth.

    • Implement effective CRM tools and develop dedicated client relationships.

  3. Inventory Management:

    • Ensure accurate handling, display, storage, and maintenance of merchandise by the team.

    • Support in maintaining inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
  4. Retail Performance:

    • Ensure accurate procedures are being met regarding cash, credit card, and check processing.

    • Ensure petty cash is in accordance with company policy and procedure.

    • Support in ensuring top store standards are being implemented and met.
Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in retail preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience a plus.

• Proactive interpersonal abilities: the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Proficiency in using POS system and its inventory management functions.

• Foreign language skills are a plus.

• Organizational and strong digital literacy required.

• Flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays.
