As a key member of our CIRCLE K team, the Retail Store Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Reporting directly to our Store Manager, this role requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct staff, manage inventory and merchandise, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to ensure seamless store operations and high customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory and merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels and visual appeal
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and develop strategies for growth
• Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall store performance
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff
