The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Store Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members with first-line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders via our online customer service system.
Commercially driven, you will work with pace to ensure that our product is showcased well at all times, ensuring guidelines are followed, and that the best-selling products are prominently displayed to our customers so they get the best brand experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including floor plans and rotas
- Work in partnership with our specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support
- Ensure that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Commercially drive sales and meet targets

Salary Range
This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $43,200-$49,760 based on 30 hours per week and a location in Toronto, Canada.
