Food Operations Manager

KPS ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for food services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit detailed reports on operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
This position involves supervising a team of 1 to 4 individuals.
