About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza (Huntsville). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
    • Make informed decisions to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverage products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent foodborne illness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
    • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
