About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza (Huntsville). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize departmental structures and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate regional, divisional, or departmental work
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or executive staff
  • Manage finances, budget, training, and development strategies
  • Negotiate supplier arrangements and direct staff in service quality assessment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management
  • Strategic planning experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
