Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to lead our operations team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of our restaurants.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 people to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that our restaurants are maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
