Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to lead our operations team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Financial Management
- Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Management
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to meet sales targets.
- Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
