Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute administrative duties and responsibilities within operational areas at the sorting facility and branch.
  • Oversee transportation logistics, quality control, and client relations.
  • Promptly resolve issues related to damaged or misaddressed shipments to facilitate timely delivery.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and support.

Education Requirements:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in HR benefits management.
  • General background in human resources practices.
