We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory, and coordinating with our transportation team.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Processing Shipments: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify inventory against invoices, and record any discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure that all items are properly stored and secured.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with our transportation team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including supervising material handlers and helpers, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Skills: Basic security clearance, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to handle heavy loads. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
