Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support to various management and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to management and operational functions, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Review and research data to support functional areas, and compile reports for management review.
  • Serve as a frontline customer service representative, receiving and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist management with Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and files for review.
  • Perform records management tasks, including maintenance, destruction, and inventory.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support timely delivery and mitigate loss and damage by performing address searches and ensuring packages are in good condition.
  • Prioritize workflow to maximize the number of packages that can be resolved and sent out for delivery in the same day.
  • Ensure all packages receive appropriate scan statuses and inspect and handle hazardous material damages as per policy.
  • Research missing packages to understand the root cause of scanning failures and compile information on disputed deliveries for management review.
  • Review and trend loss and damaged claims filed to identify improperly charged claims and bring to the attention of management.
Requirements
  • General business skills, including typing, data entry, and use of software applications.
  • Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests.
  • Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment.
