Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying discrepancies.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, including verifying inventory against delivery documents, processing shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including supervising material handlers, managing warehouse space, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the movement of goods and materials, including scheduling transportation, managing logistics, and resolving any supply chain issues.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of warehouse activities, including inventory movements, shipments, and other relevant data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
