About This Opportunity

The Centralized Call Centre Representative reports to the Call Centre Supervisor, supporting work order creation for the FMO and Service departments to ensure high-quality facility services to customers. This role responds effectively to serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, and resolving problems, while maintaining and monitoring the work database of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CMMS database
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
  • Fully bilingual in English and French
