We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals seeking information about government programs.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding government programs via phone, chat, and email
- Provide professional and empathetic support to individuals, guiding them through various contract-dependent processes
- Understand and convey information about our programs and contracts, with training and supporting material provided by our partners
- Meet key performance indicators and follow established communication procedures and policies
- Perform basic data entry functions for certain contracts
- High School education or acceptable equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Hold a valid Reliability clearance (basic-level security clearance) or be eligible to obtain one with our assistance
- Bilingualism in English and French
- Flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday to Friday
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment
