As a key member of our Third Party Administration Call Centre, you will provide exceptional service to our plan members and service providers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Utilize various inquiry systems and databases to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on program information, products, processes, and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments as required to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple computer systems.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
