About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and excellent customer service skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Language and Work Hours

The language of work is English, and the work hours are 35-40 hours per week.
