About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities and ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
    • Plan and organize construction projects to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Facility Operations
    • Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Client Relations
    • Identify customers' needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
    • Recommend products or services to customers to meet their needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supervision
    • Oversee the training and supervision of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
