Job Title: New Business Development SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold-calling, email, and social media
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Present and demonstrate our employee benefits solutions to potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of success in new business development and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A competitive base salary and uncapped commissions
