Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold-calling, email outreach, and other sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions to potential clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales development role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
