Job Title: New Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold-calling, email, and social media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Present and demonstrate our employee benefits solutions to potential clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
