Position Overview:

We are in search of a Senior HR Consultant who is proficient in both French and English to join our team on a contractual basis. In this capacity, you will deliver coaching and expert human resources guidance to our stakeholders, integrating industry best practices while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate ethics.

Key Duties:

  • Offer coaching and human resources expertise to stakeholders
  • Engage in management committees
  • Support the development of human resources management strategies
  • Lead corporate initiatives and programs
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and investigations
  • Conduct training sessions and informational workshops
  • Collaborate on talent identification and development initiatives
  • Contribute to the enhancement of HR processes
  • Provide salary recommendations
  • Assist with workforce planning efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in the HR field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • CHRP and/or CHRL designation in progress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed
