Position Overview: We are in search of a Senior HR Consultant to enhance our Real Estate division in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior management, aiding in the facilitation of change and the alignment of human resource strategies with corporate objectives. Your key duties will encompass talent development, coaching, and nurturing an engaged workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer human resources expertise to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate values and compliance with legal standards.
  • Formulate talent management initiatives and support organizational growth.
  • Oversee projects and programs aimed at fostering transformation and employee engagement.
  • Evaluate and resolve intricate human resources challenges related to performance and employee satisfaction.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution and conduct investigations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to translate organizational needs into effective talent strategies.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
