About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our team at Notch Video, a Publicis Groupe company. As a seasoned producer, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-level social content for top-tier brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team of producers on high-level strategy and creative planning for large agency accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lead clients, attending campaign briefs, brainstorms, and regular check-ins for account health.
  • Work closely with North's senior account leads to create organic production opportunities.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing training, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Seek out learning and development opportunities for the Notch team.
  • Oversee and facilitate producing for higher budget/profile projects, where Exec level experience is needed.
  • Regularly check-in with the internal team of designers and producers through project lifecycle to ensure quality of process and delivery.
Requirements
  • Agency experience in production, advertising, PR, or creative.
  • Extensive experience dealing directly and effectively with senior-level clients.
  • Deep understanding of social content and trends.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of work that is social by design, with a range of budget.
