Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead our content production efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-level content projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production team on high-level strategy and creative planning for major clients, including Amex, Google, and P&G.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, attending campaign briefs, brainstorms, and regular check-ins to ensure account health.
- Collaborate with the senior account leads to identify organic production opportunities and drive business growth.
- Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing training, feedback, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Oversee the production process for high-budget/profile projects, ensuring quality and delivery.
- Develop and execute creative treatments that meet client briefs and strategy.
Requirements
- Agency experience in production, advertising, PR, or creative roles.
- Extensive experience working with senior-level clients to build trust, sell ideas, and resolve conflicts.
- Deep understanding of social content and trends, with a demonstrated portfolio of social-by-design work.
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of social media and content's role within it.
