About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Producer to join our team at Notch Video, a Publicis Groupe company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality social content for top-tier brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Lead senior-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance and creative direction for high-profile campaigns
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute innovative content solutions
    • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Oversee a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure team success
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
    • Contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives and policies
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new market trends and opportunities
  • Creative & Production
    • Oversee the production of high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior production role, preferably in a agency or production company setting
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-profile campaigns and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of social content trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
